Three plans, and what separates them is not a module count but how an agency actually works: a single-branch operator and one running ten dealers do not need the same thing.

We do not publish a number here, and the reason is not secrecy. The figure depends on passenger volume, dealer count and which integrations you want; a single published price would be expensive for a small agency and cheap for a large operator. What each plan contains is written out in full below — a quote is one call away.

Do you charge per user?

No. Headcount is the agency's own business, and per-seat pricing pushes agencies to put fewer people in the system — which ends with data being collected over WhatsApp. Pricing follows passenger and dealer volume, meaning the size of the work.

Do we pay the same out of season?

Umrah runs through the year but Hajj is a single season. On an annual agreement the seasonal swing does not reach the price; the measure is passengers registered across the year.

Can we upgrade later?

Yes. The data stays where it is, so an upgrade is a settings change. Turning on dealer management does not disturb existing records; it opens new screens.

Is there a setup fee?

Not on Starter or Agency — you sign in through a browser, there is nothing to install. On Enterprise, migration from legacy software and staff training are discussed separately as a one-off.

What happens to our data if we leave?

We export it. Passengers, files, collections and ledger movements are handed over in a standard format. This is not a bargaining chip; under data protection law it is your right.

Is there a trial?

We open a demo account and you build your own departure end to end. Demo data stays separate from live data; if it fits, you start on a clean tenant.
