A departure is not run across six separate places. You pick the departure and its files, passengers, room plan, aircraft and coach seating, finances and costs all open as tabs on one page. Rooming is the most distinctive part: Mecca and Medina are planned separately and their room pairs are linked, while passengers are grouped by family and companion ties before automatic placement runs.

Questions about this module
If the rooming plan changes later, is the old one lost?
No. Allocation can be undone and the previous plan remains on record, so "which room was this passenger in" can still be answered after the tour.
Are Makkah and Madinah rooms planned separately?
They are planned separately and then paired. A family stays together in both cities, and any room left unpaired is flagged in the list.
Can check-in work at the airport without internet?
Check-in runs in the browser, so it needs a connection. The departure list can be printed to PDF beforehand and carried as a fallback.
