Who builds it
Built by a team that has known hajj and umrah operations for more than a decade.
This product did not start as an idea on a whiteboard. It is built on more than a decade of a hajj and umrah system used in the field: companion requirements, age measured from the tour start date, Mecca–Medina room pairing, quota and capacity as separate concepts — none of that was designed at a desk.
What changed is the technology. Desktop installation, licences tied to one machine and restarting the programme to switch the working year were constraints of the technology, not of the business. The new version runs in the browser: the same system in the office, at home and at the airport.
The target is not a single market. The interface was built trilingual from the first day and the layout flips to right-to-left in Arabic — that is not something you add later. Currency, tax handling and integrations are configured per agency.
