FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What agencies ask most before starting. If your question is not answered here, ask it directly — this page grows from those questions.
Getting started
How long does setup take?
You sign in through a browser; there is nothing to install. Once the account is open, entering hotel, programme and departure definitions takes anywhere from half a day to a few days depending on the size of the agency. You can open your first departure the same day.
Do we need a server?
No. Servers, backups and updates are ours. On the agency side there is a browser and an internet connection.
Can our staff learn it?
Screens were deliberately kept close to the habits of the old desktop software: the same field order, the same shortcut logic. Training is included on the Enterprise plan.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The system stops — true of any browser-based software. In exchange there are no year-end backups, no server failures and no version upgrades to manage. In practice agencies spend less time without internet than without a working server.
Data and security
Could our data mix with another agency's?
It cannot. Each agency's records sit in their own compartment, and that separation happens where the data is stored rather than inside the program — so even a bug in the program cannot bring up a neighbouring agency's record.
If we leave, can we take our data?
Yes, exported in a standard format. Under data protection law it is your right, not a matter for negotiation.
Can our data be migrated from the old software?
On the Enterprise plan, yes. Passengers, files, ledger and collection records can be brought over from a Firebird database. Before migration a sample run establishes in writing what will and will not move.
Daily use
How many people can work at once?
There is no limit and no per-user charge. When two people open the same passenger record the second is warned; records are not silently overwritten.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Lists and cards adapt to small screens. The airport roll-call and departure list were designed for phone use in particular.
Is the Arabic interface really right-to-left?
Yes. Arabic is not only translated; the layout mirrors. RTL support added late usually breaks tables and forms, which is why it was built in from the start.
Do we have to restart to change the year?
No. The period changes from the selector at the top, and it changes immediately. In the old desktop product changing the year meant restarting the program.
Commercial
Why is the price not on the site?
The figure depends on passenger volume, dealer count and the integrations you want. A single published number would be expensive for a small agency and cheap for a large operator. What each plan contains is written out in full.
How long is the agreement?
Annual. Because changing systems mid-season is the most expensive thing an agency can do, the price stays fixed for the term.
How does support work?
Email and phone. Because departure days are critical during the Hajj and Umrah season, response times for that period are agreed separately.
