Features
Registration and sales
One flow from the first phone call to the confirmed booking. Leads do not vanish and data is never entered twice.
The most expensive loss in an agency is not a rooming error — it is the lead nobody called back. This module is built around that: every lead has an owner and a next-call date, every conversation is logged, and the pipeline stage advances from the work itself. Lead records survive across years, so the person who said “let me think about it” this season converts from the same record next season.
No forgotten leads
Due, overdue and never-called leads are listed separately every morning.
No double entry
When a lead converts, the file and passenger record are created from the same data.
Losses become countable
Loss reasons come from a closed list — price, dates, another agency — so the distribution reaches a report.

6 capabilities
Daily follow-up list
Every lead carries a next-call date. The morning list splits into overdue, today and never-called; recording a conversation sets the next appointment automatically.
Registration › Daily follow-up
Leads and quotations
Lead records are period-independent and tracked for years. Quotation PDFs are generated from programme pricing and the stage advances on its own.
Registration › Leads
Files and passenger records
Families and groups live in one file. The passenger record holds identity, passport, companion relationship, photo, document tracking and the ledger account.
Registration › Files / Passengers
Passport reader import
Data read from the passport flows into the passenger record; names, numbers and expiry are not typed by hand.
Registration › Passport import
Bulk operations
Bulk tour changes, bulk field updates and bulk messaging on selected passengers. Any bulk operation can be undone.
Passenger operations
Directory and saved lists
Marketing lists built from past passengers; saved filters are reused.

FAQ
Questions about this module
What happens if two staff call the same lead?
Every lead has an owner. When someone else opens the record they see who is following it and when the last call was made. Entering the same phone number a second time brings up the existing record instead of creating another one.
Can we find last year's lead who did not book?
Lead records are not tied to a season; they persist across years. Someone who said "let me think about it" last year appears on this year's list with their original source and full call history.
Can a sub-agent see leads other than their own?
No. Someone signed in with a sub-agent account cannot reach beyond the passengers they registered, whichever screen they open — those records simply never appear in their lists.
