Integrations

External services sit behind a provider interface rather than inside the core, so they can be swapped.

When your invoicing provider, SMS operator or bank changes, your screens, reports and way of working stay exactly the same; only that one connection changes. Your staff do not have to learn anything again. It is also the only way to operate with different services in different countries.

01

Swapping a provider changes nothing on screen

Users notice no difference when the SMS or invoicing provider changes.

02

Credentials stay encrypted

Integration passwords are never stored in the clear and appear masked on screen.

03

Each agency owns its accounts

Every agency enters its own credentials; there is no shared account.

FAQ

Questions about this module

Where are our integration credentials stored?

Usernames, passwords and verification codes are stored encrypted. They appear masked on screen and cannot be read back after saving — only replaced.

How do we know when a service is down?

Every integration has a "test connection" button, and the result and any error message are shown as they come back. Failed submissions wait in the queue rather than disappearing quietly.

Can we use our own e-invoicing provider?

Yes. Provider credentials are entered per agency; the system does not impose its own account.
