Load factor
How much of a departure's quota has been sold.
The number operators check most often, because the decisions hang on it: increase advertising, flex the price, or open a second departure. It is read together with the time left before departure — 40% with two months to go and 40% with two weeks to go are not the same situation.
Rota
How Load factor works in the system
Load is calculated against quota and shown per departure as a bar on the home screen. Confirmed bookings and provisional ones are counted separately; blending them makes a departure look full and leave empty.
